Steadiness and Joy

Weekend Yoga Workshop

at Many Waters Wellness Center

                                 2:00 ­ 4:00 p.m.

            Sunday, Nov. 7    10:00 a.m. ­ 1:00 p.m.

 

$100.00 entire session  ($30.00deposit)

$30.00   for individual classes

 

Aligning the bones in the most congruent way makes it possible for 

our energy to flow and nourish all parts of the body.  By bringing 

stability to yoga poses we unlock our natural joy and state of well- being.

 

Inspired by her study with yoga master and physical therapist, Judith 

Lasater, Terri will guide you into yoga positions that are based on 

the anatomy of your body.  This way of  practicing yoga will make 

sense in your body because it accesses your natural alignment.

 

Finally, each pose will be done with attention to steadiness of body 

and mind resulting in ease and stability ­ true yoga.
