Terri offers meditation teachings, guided meditations along with silent sittings and group discussions to compliment the readings.
This course is open to seasoned meditators as well as those just beginning to meditate.

In 1986, Terri began training in Mindfulness meditation. She trained in Master's Level Buddhist studies at Naropa Institute and following her training began offering meditation courses in 1994.
